Two employers may have called your role sales specialist, operator or administrator. That does not mean the work was identical. Repeating the same three sentences under both organisations hides useful experience. The answer is to select more precise evidence, not to invent a grander title or responsibilities that you never held.

Separate shared duties from differences

Start with a private draft of tasks common to both jobs: receiving enquiries, entering information, or confirming orders. Beside each employer, add the customer type, working tool and stage of the process. This is editing material rather than a list that must all appear on the finished CV. Keep the details most relevant to the vacancy you want next.

Look at how the work happened

What did you handle, how did you organise it, and who did you coordinate with? One role may have involved incoming calls; another may have centred on messages after an order. You may have used established templates in one company and helped maintain an answer library in another. These distinctions explain more than writing “worked with customers” twice.

Rewrite one concrete bullet

Instead of “provided customer service”, you might write “received delivery enquiries and checked order status with the warehouse team”, provided that is accurate. For the second employer, choose a different genuine responsibility such as confirming orders. Reusing a verb is not a problem by itself. Repeating the entire meaning is. Avoid unsupported metrics or management claims merely to make the wording different.

Give space according to relevance

Recent experience that closely matches the target role can receive more detail. An older, similar job can be shorter without disappearing. Keep the employer names and dates clear instead of merging them into an ambiguous block. If you were promoted within one organisation, separate the periods so the change in responsibility is easy to follow.

Compare the exported sections

After editing on CVyukle.az, open the PDF and read only the work-experience section. If you hide the company names mentally, can you still distinguish the roles? Make one repeated bullet more specific. Remove confidential customer information, check the dates and reopen the final file before sending it. This checks the document the employer will actually receive, not just the editor view.
