Recruiters do not all prefer one design. A common practical need is finding information easily. The target role, recent experience and contacts should be clear. Long generic introductions and repeated skills can hide the most relevant facts.
Ask someone to identify the intended role from your CV. If the answer is unclear, revise the heading and introduction. Explain internal company terms so that an unfamiliar reader understands the activity. Attractive presentation helps, but it does not replace accurate evidence and relevance to the vacancy.
